Refund Policy

 

Course Discontinuation:

If a student decides to discontinue the course for any reason, they are required to pay the full amount of the total course fees. Only upon full payment will the student be eligible to retrieve their original documents, including their 10th and 12th certificates. This policy ensures that the academy’s financial obligations are met even if the student withdraws from the course.

Timely Fee Payment:

Students must adhere to the payment schedule established by the academy. All fees are due by the 10th of each month. Failure to make timely payments will result in a daily penalty of Rs 50 until the outstanding balance is cleared. This policy encourages students to maintain financial discipline and supports the smooth operation of the academy.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Any fees paid towards the course are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. Once a payment is made, it is considered final and will not be returned under any conditions. This policy underscores the commitment expected from students upon enrollment and supports the academy’s financial stability.

By enrolling in the course, students acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy. This agreement is binding and ensures that both the academy and the student understand their financial and academic obligations.
